Everything I'm seeing online about SmartFares is that it's a scam--that it doesn't show live prices, and when you book with them the confirmation email they send you is their own internal one with a custom confirmation code instead of the airline's code. I called smartfares, and like the other posts, talked to an extremely rude and impatient lady. She told me the problem was that Austrian Airlines did not take Discover.
